Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training.

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spa products and supplies, ensuring availability and quality.
- Create and manage the spa budget, tracking expenses and revenue to achieve financial goals.
- Oversee marketing initiatives to promote spa services and attract new clientele.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Requirements:
