Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Support Officer to join our team. As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to our clients and colleagues. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and colleagues seeking assistance
- Respond to inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions
- Assist with the onboarding process for new clients and provide training and support as needed
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure efficient and effective communication and problem-solving
- Identify areas for improvement and make suggestions for process enhancements
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients and colleagues
- Handle and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in a related field is a plus
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Familiarity with CRM systems and help desk software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
