We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Test Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing process and ensuring the quality and functionality of our products. You will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve any issues, and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement test strategies and plans for new and existing products
- Coordinate and manage the testing process, including creating test cases and executing tests
- Identify and report any defects or issues found during testing
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Monitor and track testing progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures
- Train and mentor team members on testing best practices
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
- Experience with test automation and performance testing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Experience in the software development life cycle
- Certification in software testing (e.g. ISTQB) is a plus.
