We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee our sales team and ensure that our sales goals are met. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong understanding of the sales process.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives
• Monitor and evaluate team performance and provide feedback and guidance
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and industry partners
• Analyze customer data and market trends to identify new opportunities
• Develop and implement promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and customers
• Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of sales management experience
• Proven track record of success in sales
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of the sales process
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
