We are looking for a customer service-oriented individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a welcoming and professional environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and provide them with information about the hotel and its services
• Answer guests’ questions and address their complaints in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage the reception area, including answering phones, taking messages, and handling mail
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Maintain a clean and orderly front desk area
• Ensure all guests receive a warm and friendly welcome
• Monitor and respond to emails and other inquiries
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• Previous experience working in a customer service environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
