Job Description

Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team and lead our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment and selection processes, and providing guidance on organizational policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Requirements:
• Proven working experience as an HR Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
